Our first post – new neuroscience resources

Getting started …
A new beginning, a new blog and new resources.

For our first post I would like to share some new neuroscience resources.
These sites made publicly available high quality neuroscience data.

The human connectome data, [2]- fMRI and DTI data of 40 subjects and fMRI data of many others. Also contains some behavioral data.

COINS – MRI data for subjects with various neurological conditions and diseases including autism.

OpenFmri – fMRI data from several different studies.

MindBoggle 101 – this data set includes manually labeled anatomical regions for 101 healthy subjects. The manually edited cortical labels follow sulcus landmarks according to the Desikan-Killiany-Tourville (DKT) protocol.
